As the Isles of Scilly are an off-shore destination, it is advisable to take out holiday insurance to guard against delays due to weather and other eventualities. Isles of Scilly Travel can provide a tailor made insurance for passengers visiting the islands for an additional fee. We offer travel insurance which includes cover for delayed passengers, cancellation, luggage, accident, loss of money, personal liability and medical expense insurance.
This insurance is currently only available over the telephone, and can be added to any booking made online by calling our Travel Centre: 0845 710 5555.

When you book your flights you are given the choice of taking out Travel Insurance. A summary of the cover provided by the policy is set out below. The policy is underwritten by AXA Insurance UK plc.

Please Note: This travel insurance does not provide cover for cancellation of your trip other than as a result of your outward flight being delayed for more than 24 hours.
There is no cover for cancellation due to illness.

Travel Insurance Cancellation
Should you decide that your AXA Insurance Policy is not suitable for any reason, we will give you a full refund. All we ask is that you e-mail notification of the cancellation within 14 days of the issue date (or prior to the scheduled departure date shown on your itinerary, if sooner). Please e-mail sales@islesofscilly-travel.co.uk or call us on 0845 710 5555.
Demands and Needs
This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the unforeseen events detailed in the cover section. Subject to terms and conditions and maximum specified claim limit.
