Check-in & Boarding
Check-in closes 30 minutes before your flight departs. After this time, you may have to book a new ticket at your own cost, and we can’t offer refunds or credit vouchers if you miss the cut off time.
We therefore ask you to check in at least an hour before your flight – to be on the safe side, and give you time to relax. Please also be sure to allow plenty of time to reach the airport, especially in school holidays.
For booking purposes, we count a group as 8 or more passengers travelling together on the same Skybus flight. Making a group booking is easy. You can make a booking under a group name or the name of someone organising, as long as you can provide names and contact details for the individual passengers at least eight weeks before you leave.
All you will need to secure the booking is a small, non-refundable deposit per person:
- Land’s End airport – £16 per person
- Newquay Airport – £20 per person
- Exeter Airport – £30 per person
The full balance must be paid eight weeks before departure. Bookings made at shorter notice require the full amount to be paid straight away. Our group bookings department can also help with coach tours, organised tours and school trips; just call 01736 334220 and select Option 1.
If you’d like a little extra help, we’ll do everything we can. Please call us in advance on 01736 334220 to discuss your requirements, so we’re ready when you arrive. Alternatively for more information on accessibility please visit our special assistance page.
