Situated in the tranquil and beautiful Holy Vale, on the nature trail at the heart of St Mary’s, this vineyard and winery is a magical place for a guided tour. More than 10 years ago Robert Francis, wine lover, connoisseur and owner of Star Castle Hotel, embarked on a life-long dream to produce his own fine wines. Tastings include five wines and canapes to match.
