With a library of more than 60 botanicals, Scilly Spirit’s Gin School will guide you through the flavour profiles to create your own spirit. While the still works its magic, you can choose a name for your gin and your finished bottle will be labelled to take home. The experience includes a gin and tonic, distillery tour, gin making experience, 50cl of your own gin and a 50cl bottle of Island Gin.
