Freight Bookings

All freight deliveries need to be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance — and if you’re shipping an especially large item, we’ll ask for a little more notice, as deck space is limited.

When booking your freight we will need the following details:

  • A completed shipping note to accompany your items
  • Your name, full address, and account number
  • Where the goods are coming from, or who they are being delivered by
  • A description of the goods
  • How much the goods weigh
  • A dangerous goods note, if applicable

Conditions of Carriage

All items are shipped through open quays and must be packaged to provide adequate protection from rain and weather.

Customers are advised to make adequate insurance cover. The following websites should be able to offer advice:

Goods must be clearly labelled for their destination and are subject to the general conditions of carriage at owner’s risk.

Parcels consigned without stating the weight could be charged at the highest parcel weight.

We reserve the right to refuse any consignment not properly packed or booked.
