The Gry Maritha will look to depart the islands tomorrow (Saturday 13th April) at the slightly earlier time of 8am, allowing her to return to Penzance Quay to start to her planned maintenance as soon as possible. Those effected by this, have been contacted and advised.

With Gry Maritha out of service, Scillonian III will ship limited essential light goods and perishables each day (excluding Sunday 22nd). We ask for your help by avoiding large freight during this time, and that only necessities are ordered to ensure that all islanders have the opportunity to receive goods.

The Lyonesse Lady will be taken out of service during the same period for essential maintenance from Sunday 15th April returning to service on Monday 23rd April. There will not be an off- island launch on Saturday 21st April, however should an emergency top up be required, we ask that customers contact Penzance Freight office on Friday 20th April by 3pm to check availability of space. If we are able to take these goods, we will look to ship them to St. Marys where collection will need to be arranged by the customer for onward travel to the off island.

The Steamship Group would like to thank islanders and suppliers for their assistance whilst the Gry Maritha and Lyonesse Lady are out of service next week.
