Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant (St Mary’s)
Skybus has a vacancy for a Seasonal Passenger Handling Assistant, based at St Mary’s Airport.
Duties include:
- Passenger check-in and aircraft dispatch
- Completion of load sheets
- Assisting passengers during times of disruption
- Dealing with general customer enquiries and visiting pilots
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications and requirements:
A good general education, excellent communication, customer service and computer skills. You should be flexible towards working hours. Passenger handling, customer service and systems training will be provided.
Hours:
Rostered shifts to meet the airline’s requirements. This is a seasonal position, 40 hours per week. Working days are Monday to Saturday, normally 10½ hour shifts with a daily break of 30 minutes.
