Create your very own gin at Scilly Spirit Distillery’s Gin School, where a library of more than 60 botanicals invites you to craft a flavour that’s uniquely yours. Guided by expert distillers, you’ll explore different flavour profiles before taking charge of your own mini still.
As your gin distils, enjoy a refreshing gin and tonic and a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery. You’ll even have the chance to name your creation, with your finished 50cl bottle professionally labelled alongside a 50cl bottle of Island Gin to take home.
Perfect for gin lovers, this hands-on experience is both fun and memorable. If you’re short on time, opt for a later tour and tasting session instead. Please note, this experience is for over 18s only.
