When you make a booking with us, we take it to mean that you’ve read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Student Travel Club – Terms and conditions
  • Student must apply and register for student discount every 12 months
  • Scillonian III student discount rates will run in line with the Scillonian III operational season – March through to November in conjunction with the school year only.
  • Gry Maritha student discount rates will run year-round in conjunction with the school year only.
  • ID checks will be carried out, and students will need to provide Student ID if requested.
  • Student will need to be a member of Travel Club.
  • Upon registering students will need to evidence proof of study, i.e. student ID badge, or letter from college
  • Student discount will be available to all students who meets the criteria wishing to travel back and forth to the Isles of Scilly.
  • Discount applies to new bookings

Aggressive or Abusive Behaviour

Zero Tolerance Policy

The Isles of Scilly Steamship Company has adopted a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding aggressive or abusive behaviour towards its employees.

Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes:

  • Personal verbal abuse.
  • Derogatory remarks and rudeness.
  • Inflammatory statements.
  • Remarks of a racial or discriminatory nature.
  • Unsubstantiated allegations.
  • Passengers are required to be patient and polite with our employees and to follow all procedures and instructions provided.

Any breaches of this policy may result in travel being denied, suspension from the Travel Club and the incident being reported to the police.
