Accessibility services
If you would like a little extra help, we’ll do everything we can. Please let us know your assistance requests before you travel, so we’re ready when you arrive.
Whether you need assistance from arrival at Penzance Quay, to boarding Scillonian III, or settling in onboard, our team is here to help.
To make sure everything runs smoothly:
- Please let us know your assistance needs in advance to ensure the right support is in place
- Assistance should be requested at least 48 hours before travel
All our passenger facing staff are trained in disability awareness and assistance including hidden disabilities. This is provided by Seahorse Associates delivered in partnership with Disability Cornwall & Isles of Scilly.
We are proud members of the sunflower scheme.
We feature in the ‘Accessible Guide to Cornwall’ produced by Access Cornwall.
Important: We’re only able to provide assistance if it has been arranged in advance. Without prior notice, we may not be able to offer support on the day.
We support passengers with additional needs and facilities where reasonable and practical. Please complete our mobility aid request form to request assistance at least 48 hours before travel.
A member of staff will be in touch once your request has been confirmed and accepted.
If you have any further queries or would like to discuss access details, please contact our passenger relations team.
