Learn about the check-in process and embarkation times to ensure a swift and efficient start to your departure on Scillonian III.
Check-in is easy and quick for Scillonian III sailings. You can check-in online 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Here’s a simple step by step guide to explain the process.
- Step 1: 24 hours before departure you will receive a text message on the mobile number you provided at booking with a URL to check-in online. In the message tap the URL.
- Step 2: Details of your Scillonian III sailing will be displayed on screen. Tap ‘continue’ to get your boarding cards.
- Step 3: Select the passengers you want to check-in, enter the email address you want to send your boarding passes to then tap ‘get boarding passes’.
- Step 4: An email will be sent with your boarding passes to the email address you provided. Open the email and select the passenger you want to view the boarding pass for.
- Step Five: A QR code will appear on screen ready for our team to scan as you board Scillonian III, alternatively you can print them out and present at embarkation.
Please note: If the adult members of your party are travelling or boarding separately, they must have a copy of their boarding pass (QR code) on them for embarkation.
Sailing Day
On arrival head down the quay to embark on Scillonian III, please remember to have your QR codes ready for our team to scan as you board. If you have hold luggage please drop this off at our luggage drop off point before you board.
Please note: If you have checked a person in who is no longer travelling please see a member of our team on the quay.

If you have any issues with our online check-in process, please ask our passenger relation advisors on the day of sailing. You can find them at our ticket office opposite the quay entrance or on Lighthouse Pier, Penzance.
Embarkation opens: 1 hour and 15 minutes before the scheduled departure of Scillonian III
Embarkation closes: 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of Scillonian III
Please be on time; unfortunately, we can’t offer any refunds or credit if you’re late. We advise that you allow plenty of time for your journey as the roads to Penzance can get busy, especially during school holidays.
Children must not be left unattended on the quay.
