We’ve developed an online system to make amending your flexible ticket simple and straightforward.
Designed to give you complete peace of mind
Our flexi ticket allows you to amend your trip to Scilly up to 48 hours prior to departure. Simply select a Flexible Ticket when booking and enjoy the reassurance that you can change your booking as many times as you need, whenever you need, without paying any amendment fees.
Flexi rates
Flexi tickets can be purchased by paying the following non-refundable surcharge(s), in addition to fares, at the time of making a travel booking:

Skybus – Land’s End Airport
- £10.00 per adult
- £5.50 per child
- £3.00 per infant
Skybus – Newquay Airport
- £10.00 per adult
- £5.50 per child

Skybus – Exeter Airport
- £20.00 per adult
- £14.50 per child
- £5.50 per infant
Our flexi tickets explained
Flexi tickets are available on all routes, seven days a week, excluding day trip fares. Availability is limited per journey and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Passengers with a flexi ticket can switch to any alternative available flight or sailing on any day of the week, provided changes are made at least 48 hours before the original departure time.
Flexi tickets cannot be used for day trip travel or combined with shareholder, Travel Club, group, or agent fares.
With our Flexi ticket, you can enjoy unlimited free changes up to 48 hours before departure, at any time within 365 days of purchase. You can also switch to any available flight or sailing on any day of the week, giving you complete flexibility with your travel plans.
Any fare difference must be paid for in full at time of amendment
There are no amendment fees when changing your booking. However, if the fare for your new flight or sailing is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference at the time of the change. If the new fare is lower, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
Standard cancellation charges to be applied
If you want to cancel your booking, our standard cancellation fees will apply.
The flexible ticket surcharge(s) are non-refundable.
Flexi tickets to be used within 12 months of purchase
After this period, any changes to your new travel dates will be subject to our standard amendment fees:
- 100% of costs within 48 hours of travel
- 20% of costs within 14 days of travel
- 10% costs more than 14 days ahead of travel
Booking amendments can be made for free either online or by contacting our passenger relations team under the terms of the flexi-ticket.
Please note: Removal of one passenger from a booking is considered a cancellation
