We know your plans may change, with our flexible ticket, so can your booking. Plans can be subject to change for all of us now, so our flexi ticket allows you to amend bookings right up to 48hrs prior to departure.
Unlike our standard tickets, you can make changes to your booking as many times as you need, for any reason at all, up to 48hr prior to the departure time. You may make unlimited changes to your flexi ticket bookings, within 365 days of purchase, without the need to pay an amendment fee.
Passengers using a flexi ticket may swap to alternative, available flights or sailings on any day of the week but changes must be made at least 48 hours ahead of pre-booked travel departure times.
Booking amendments can be made via our travel centres and online, for free charge, under the terms of the flexi-ticket – please note that removal of one passenger from a booking is considered a cancellation

You will be able to upgrade to a Flexible Ticket when booking travel on and Skybus or Scillonian III routes Monday – Saturday.
Flexi tickets may only be purchased in respect of period return travel and may not be used by passengers purchasing day trip travel.

Passengers travelling on flexi tickets may make unlimited changes to their bookings, within 365 days of purchase, without the need to pay an amendment fee. After this time, any bookings amended to new travel dates after this period will be subject to our standard amendment fees:
100% of costs within 48 hours of travel
20% of costs within 14 days of travel
10% costs more than 14 days ahead of travel
There will be a limited number of Flexible Tickets per journey, these will be available on a first come first served basis.
Flexi tickets may only be purchased in respect of period return travel and may not be used by passengers purchasing day trip travel.
Flexi tickets may not be used in conjunction with Shareholder, Travel Club, Group or Agent ticket types.
You will not pay any fees for amending your booking, however in the event that the flight or sailing fares are more expensive on the new date(s) of travel then customers are liable to pay the difference in fares at the time of amendment. In the event that flight or sailing fares are cheaper on the new date of travel then customers will receive a refund of the fare difference.
Fees will not be applied for changes and amendments to your booking, however if you want to cancel your booking, our standard cancellation fees will apply.
The flexible ticket surcharge(s) are non-refundable.
