Cancelled sailing on Saturday 5th August | Changes to schedule on Sunday 6th August

Due to a deterioration of the weather forecast and sea conditions, changes to the Scillonian III schedule have been made as below.

Saturday 5th August – cancelled sailings


All sailings on Saturday 5th August have been cancelled for the safety and comfort of all our passengers.

All passengers (excluding day trip passengers) have automatically been transferred to Sunday. An extra sailing has been scheduled to allow for the transfer of passengers.

For passengers travelling from Penzance – Scillonian III (Original 06:00) will depart at 06:15 on Sunday. Check-in will open at 05:00 and close at 05:45.

For passengers travelling from Penzance – Scillonian III (Original 13:00) will depart at 13:15 on Sunday. Check-in will open at 09:15 and close at 11:15.

For passengers travelling from St Mary’s – Scillonian III (Original 09:30) will depart at 09:45 on Sunday. Check-in will open at 08:00 and close at 09:15.

For passengers travelling from St Mary’s – Scillonian III (Original 16:30) will depart at 16:45 on Sunday. Check-in will open at 15:00 and close at 16:15.

You do not need a new ticket to check-in and do not need to contact us unless the new date or time is not convenient for you.

For any passengers booked to travel on a day trip ticket on Saturday, your sailing has been cancelled and you will be entitled to a refund or to transfer your travel to another day. Our passenger relations team will be in touch.

Sunday 6th August – changes to departure time


To allow for an additional sailing on Sunday, all passengers booked on to travel on Scillonian III from Penzance at 09:15, will be transferred to the second sailing of the day at 13:15. Check-in will open at 09:15 and close at 11:15.

All passengers booked to travel on Scillonian III from St Mary’s at 16:30, will be transferred to the second sailing of the day at 16:45. Check-in will open at 15:00 and close at 16:15.

All passengers (excluding day trip passengers) will automatically be transferred to the later times. You do not need a new ticket to check-in and do not need to contact us unless the new date or time is not convenient for you.

All day trip passengers booked to travel are entitled to a refund or to transfer their travel to another day. If you are a day trip passenger, our Passenger Relations team will be in touch.
