Skybus weather advisory – Wednesday 14th February 2018

The weather forecast for Wednesday 14th February is indicating the likelihood of low cloud and reduced visibility at Land’s End, St Mary’s and Newquay, which may cause disruption to Skybus flights. Although no flights have been cancelled at this time, any passengers booked to travel with Skybus on Wednesday may transfer to a flight on a different date free of charge where space allows. CUSTOMER NOTICE *REVISED* PLANNED SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE FOR GRY MARITHA AND LYONESSE LADY Saturday 14th April 2018 – Sunday 22th April 2018

Following on from our last maintenance communication dated, 22nd January, we have listened to your feedback and have re-evaluated the schedule of works. To ensure that the maintenance on the Gry Maritha will be carried out in a reduced timeframe, between Saturday 14th – Sunday 22nd April, we are investing in additional staff at Penzance Dry Dock to minimise the freight disruption to the islands. The Gry Maritha will be out of service for scheduled maintenance and annual surveys on Saturday 14th April after her return from the islands. We plan to resume service on Monday 23rd April. The reviewed schedule and maintenance plan has allowed us to reduce the Gry Maritha’s downtime from six sailings to three. During this time, the Scillonian III will ship all light goods and essential perishables. We ask for your help by avoiding bulky freight during this time. During this time the Swift Lady will continue to supply the Off-Islands with light goods and essential perishables. If you have a need to ship large or heavy goods during the maintenance period, we will do our best to assist you either prior to or after the Lyonesse Lady and Gry Maritha is out of service. We recommend that you call our offices as soon as possible to discuss the best options for your needs and to make a booking. CUSTOMER NOTICE- Gry Maritha Cancelled sailing for 31st January 2018

Due to the forecasted weather and sea conditions, the Master of the Gry Maritha has cancelled the scheduled sailing for Wednesday 31st January. All goods except perishable items will be loaded as normal on Wednesday and will proceed on the next scheduled sailing, on Friday 2nd February, weather permitting. Customer Notice – Lyonesse Lady Scheduled Maintenance 2018

Sunday 28th January 2018 - Tuesday 30th January 2018 Due to scheduled maintenance the Lyonesse Lady will be out of service between the 28th - 30th January. She will resume schedule sailing on Wednesday 31st January. Tuesday 8th May 2018 - Sunday 13th May 2018 The Lyonesse Lady will be out of service from Tuesday 8th May to Sunday 13th May 2018 inclusive. She will be back in service on Monday 14th May. During this time, the Off-Islands will be serviced by the Swift Lady and we will therefore only be able to carry light goods and essential perishables. We value your help in avoiding bulky freight during this time. If you were intending to ship large or heavy goods during the maintenance period, we will do our best to assist you either prior to or after the Lyonesse Lady is out of service. Gry Maritha: Cancelled Sailing – Wednesday 17th January 2018

Due to the current weather conditions and forecast for the next couple of days, the Gry Maritha’s scheduled sailing for Wednesday 17th January is cancelled. Freight Notification – Acceptance of chilled, frozen and perishable items-17th January 2018

 Due to the forecasted weather there is a strong possibility that the Gry Maritha may be delayed for tomorrow’s scheduled sailing (17th January 2018). With this in mind we will not be accepting chilled, frozen or perishables goods. All other items will be accepted and loaded as usual. Customer Notice- Gry Maritha update Monday 8th January 2018

Following on from yesterday’s Freight notification, the Gry Maritha is due to depart Penzance Harbour today (Monday 8th January) between 11:30-1200 arriving into St. Mary’s at approximately 16:45; with an immediate discharge and return. For all freight returns including anyone travelling on-board the Gry Maritha, please ensure all goods are available no later than 18:00hrs. Customer Notification – FREIGHT – GRY MARITHA  Monday 8th January 2018

The Gry Maritha will be aiming to depart Penzance harbour on Monday 8th January before mid-day. On arrival into St Mary’s, the crew are aiming for an immediate discharge of freight items and return back to Penzance the same day. For all freight items booked on Tuesday's scheduled sailing, these will now need to be on St. Mary's quay before 4pm on Monday 8th January. A new update will be released tomorrow morning. Further to our Gry Maritha notices earlier this week, Gry Maritha is due to depart Penzance Harbour at 1830 tonight arriving into St Mary’s at approximately 23:45. For all freight enquiries please contact Penzance freight office on 01736 334236 or St. Mary’s office on 01720 424230.

Due to the poor weather conditions, the Gry Maritha is tentatively planned to leave Penzance Harbour on Friday 5th January at approximately 18:00hrs. Customer Notice- Gry Maritha cancelled sailing for Wednesday 3rd January 2018

Following on from yesterday’s notification, we can confirm that the Gry Maritha will not be sailing today (Wednesday 3rd January 2018) due to the poor weather and sea conditions. The Master of the Gry is monitoring the weather for Friday 5th January sailing and we will inform you immediately on when she is next due to sail. Customer Notice- Gry Maritha Scheduled sailing for week commencing 1st January 2018

Due to the current weather forecast and the prediction for the rest of this week, we would like to inform you that the Gry Maritha may not be able to run to the scheduled timetable. The Master of the Gry is monitoring the weather each day and we will inform you immediately of any changes. Freight items excluding chilled, frozen and perishables are being accepted and loaded as per normal for Wednesdays sailing.
