Tuesday 10th January
The weather conditions for the coming week continue to be challenging with forecast wave heights in excess of 5m. The Gry Maritha team have reviewed the weather conditions and have identified a late weather window for a sailing on Tuesday 10th January 2023.
The Gry Maritha will now aim to depart Penzance at approximately 17:00hrs and will unload on St. Mary’s on arrival at around midnight. She will return as soon as the cargo is complete, anticipating being back in Penzance on Wednesday morning.
We are able to accept chilled and perishable goods on Tuesday 10th January, between the hours of 8:00 and 12:00. We apologise for the short notice but as you will appreciate this has been a challenging set of weather conditions and safety of the crew and vessel is always our priority.
Thursday 12th January
Based on the current forecast the Gry Maritha is planning to sail on Thursday 12th January. Our aim is to load all chilled, perishable and frozen goods on Thursday 12th January, aiming to deliver to St Mary’s for Friday 13th January. Times are yet to be confirmed and we will provide further confirmation in the next 24 hours. For all orders placed on Wednesday 11th, delivery will need to be moved to Thursday 12th.
