Our COVID safety measures are under constant review to ensure we are doing all we can to keep you safe, in line with the government's guidance.

Your safety is our priority

The comfort, well-being and safety of our customers is our highest priority and we continue to monitor the very latest COVID related government advice.

We have implemented a range of COVID-secure measures in line with government best practice to ensure protection for all our customers and employees. We request that before traveling all customers familiarise themselves with our COVID-secure measures which can be found by clicking the Latest Updates button below.

Covid Secure Bookings

We promise you peace of mind – you can make free changes to your booking up to 48 hours prior to your time of departure for both travel on Skybus and Scillonian III, if you are unable to travel due to government regulations.

We understand the importance of flexibility and want to reduce the stress and worry around booking travel during these uncertain times.  Should government COVID restrictions prevent you from travelling on your pre-booked dates, we guarantee any fees or charges will be waivered and you will be able to cancel, transfer or amend your booking for free.  If government restrictions do not prevent you from travelling on your booked dates, you can still amend your booking, however our standard amendment and cancellation fees will apply.

See below for full terms and conditions on making changes to your booking.
