Smugglers Cottage is a small granite cottage with a private garden boasting stunning sea views across to the uninhabited islands of Annet and Samson. It is ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway. The cottage layout is one double bedroom room, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a cosy living/dining room that looks out over the garden. It is tucked just underneath the old Lighthouse on St Agnes. The garden is a beautiful sheltered spot to sit out in the sun enjoying the sea views complete with a BBQ and secret little sun decking. If needed there is also an additional double sofa bed in the living room.
The Threshing Mill is a lovely 2 bedroom house (1 king bed and 2 single beds) that is great for a family or 2 couples. Set close to the beach and fully equipped with a large living space, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite, WIFI, TV, DVDs and a wonderful outdoor patio area that is perfect for meals outside in the Summer, the Threshing Mill is like a home away from home.
The Gatehouse is the smallest cottage available and is ideal for a couple or two friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself is a studio with twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a wonderful sunroom. Set right beside the St Agnes Lighthouse, the Gatehouse garden is a beautiful spot to sit out in the sun enjoying the sea views and variety of birds that visit the large garden.
The Lowertown Farmhouse is a large 6 bedroom farmhouse that can sleep up to 10 people (2 king beds, 6 single beds) with 2 bathrooms so is perfect for large families and groups. Set in a beautiful sheltered garden with outdoor tables, there is plenty of space and privacy to relax in while also being close to the beach and island fields. Lowertown Farmhouse also comes equipped with WIFI, TV, DVDs and a range of children's outdoor games for guests to use.
With three charming self-catering lets, sleeping 2, 4 and 5, located on the farm at the tip of St. Agnes, the most south-westerly point in England, Troytown Farm offers year-round comfort a short walk from sandy coves, a great pub, cafe and farm shop. Fully equipped, with WIFI, media players and all the basics, the properties are set in the unique landscape of a working farm.
